How do I know if my property fits the "Spanish Coast" criteria?
Any property with less than an hour's drive from the Med is considered coastal. Try to give details about the coast near to your property as this makes the holiday home more attractive.
How do I advertise my property?
The uploading procedure lets you take your time, think about the wording and be happy with the pictures you wish to use. When you start to build your ad, you are under no obligation to finish and pay for it in one go. If you change your mind, simply click on SAVE & CONTINUE. If you don't want to go live that day, you can return to the site and complete your advert at a later time. Once you have viewed your completed advert, simply click on GO LIVE and submit the payment. Your property will then be listed with the elite Spanish Coast Rentals.
How do I supply the pictures and information?
The written information will need typing into the boxes in a similar way to a Word Document.
The pictures are best uploaded as JPEGs and in landscape format.

How much is the yearly subscription?
You can choose the best payment method to suit your budget. Payment by GB£ unless arranged separately.
- Option 1: One year subscription - £50.00 (approx €73)
- Option 2: Two year subscription - £80.00 (approx €117)
How do I pay for the advert?
Payment can be made via Cheque drawn on a UK bank account. Your property will be made live on the assumption that the payment will be received within 14 days and honoured by your bank.
