How do I advertise my property?
Sigining up for an account is completely Free and you only have to pay for your property advertisements once you are completely happy with them and submit them live.
You have unlimited text space to write up about your property, further and local area information and an item checklist. To show your property and surrounding area at its best you are able to upload 10 Pictures. There is an availability calendar function that you can use if you wish to allow potential renters to see when your property is available to rent or when you have a special offer period that you wish to promote.
Once your property is listed on our elite system in a clean and easy to use style we encourage our property owners to update their property regularly, as any tweak will result in your property being pushed to the top of your regions search and appear on the homepage. This also helps you to ensure your always updating your prices and availability calendar which will also help you to get more enquiries.
How much is the yearly subscription?
You can choose the best payment method to suit your budget. Payment by GB£ unless arranged separately.
- Option 1: One year subscription - £35.00
- Option 2: Two year subscription - £50.00
- Renewals: Per year - £28.00
How do I pay for the advert?
Payment can be made via our payment system at the end of setting up your property before making it live. Alternative methods can be accomodated for, please use our contact form to acquire more details.
