Spanish Coast Rentals (SCR) is owned and operated by Williams Digital Limited. Registered in England and Wales under company number 7401805, our registered office is at 5 Valley Fields Crescent, Enfield, Middlesex, England EN2 7QB.
SCR cannot be held responsible for any information which may not give a true representation of the individual owner's property being advertised. All information including photographs and details of each property published on SCR's website is the liability and responsibility of the individual property owner or their respective agent with regards to content and copyright issues. Property owners are prohibited to advertise their own website domain name directly on SCR's website. The owner has the option on the relevant property pages to confirm that there is a dedicated website available to view. This is on the understanding that the owner will supply the URL to the interested party once direct contact has been made. Whilst every effort is made by SCR to view the information supplied by the owners, SCR is not responsible for its accuracy and the rights are reserved to change any details without prior notification.
SCR is solely the administration operator of the software for advertisers of properties on its website. SCR does not verbally take bookings or enter into contracts on behalf of any property owner that is advertised on the site nor does SCR individually locate or search for suitable properties for renters in a personal manner. Renters must make their own choice, negotiations and contractual arrangements with the property owner or its representative. The site is self-operating and does not incorporate any personal service on behalf of the property owners for visitors to the site other than technical support.
SCR are not responsible or liable for contractual terms and conditions set out between owner and renter. SCR accept no responsibility for errors or misleading photos, descriptions or information published by the property owners. It is understood that the owner is informing potential renters in a clear and accurate manner. SCR reserve the right to change or end any promotional campaign without prior notice. The policy of SCR is to negotiate a unique advertising rate for advertising multi-properties on the site, including and during a promotional campaign, with any multi-property owner who wishes to exercise any campaign benefits for more than one property. SCR reserves the right to withdraw and remove any property or property details from SCR's website during any directly relevant promotional campaign period. By agreeing to these terms and conditions you accept that SCR will not be liable for any loss, either direct or consequential, including loss of goodwill or profit in connection with any action of contract brought about by the use of information contained on this website or from links to or from this site.

It is necessary for the property owner to request (by email or post) for SCR to remove or delete any of the property owner's properties from the site at any time. There are no refunds available on properties being removed from the site by the property owner prior to the expiry of the annual payment anniversary.
SCR provide an advertising service rather than a product and offer a "cooling off period" of seven working days wherein an Advertiser may cancel the requested advertising; you will need to email us stating your Advertiser ID and the home number. The 'cooling off period' applies to the initial advertising period only; it cannot be applied beyond the first year or first quarter of advertising.
Privacy Policy
SCR collect personal information that you supply to us within the registration process as an advertiser of this web site. SCR will not monitor your use of this or any other website other than to verify your identity for access to your personal area.
The information collected by us will only be used in connection with this website and its promotion. We do not sell or pass on to any third parties the information supplied to us.
You may at any time log on to your personal area and change the information we hold without notifying us.
