This luxury 3 bed townhouse is less than one hour’s drive from Faro airport; it comprises a lounge, dining room, fully fitted kitchen, laundry room and a master bathroom and additional separate toilet and shower. The master bedroom has a balcony which enjoys stunning views of the golf course.
The house is furnished to a high standard with everything you need for a wonderful holiday. The kitchen is fully fitted and includes a full oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster as well as normal kitchen accessories etc. Also there is washing machine in the utility room. The spacious living area has TV, video player and CD / tape player.

Casa Vista Golf overlooks the Islantilla Golf course and is only 10 minutes walk from the Club House.
Opened in 1992, Islantilla is one of the top courses in Europe. In 1995, it hosted the PGA European Tour Turespaña Masters which was won by Alex Cejeica. It has also hosted various Challenge Tour Events including the PGA de España. The American magazine, Golf Digest, recently rated it in the top 100 courses in Europe. The 27 hole course is set along the sea and amidst pine trees and is suitable for all handicaps.

The beach is just a 10 minute walk from Vista Golf as is the Islantilla Golf Resort Hotel, a 1st class hotel offering evening entertainment, restaurants, tennis courts, indoor swimming pool, gymnasium, sauna, beauty salon and a hairdressing salon all of which can be utilised by non hotel guests for a small charge. Islantilla has 2 modern shopping malls, one is on the beachfront surrounded by palm trees and has a supermarket, the second is a newly built shopping centre just 10 minutes from Vista Golf. There are many restaurants and bars to choose from. The older town of La Antilla (20 minute walk) also provides shops, restaurants, supermarkets and café´s on a beach side location.

Traveling to Spain is easy. Many UK airports have flights to Faro in Portugal or Jerez in Spain. You can also get flights to Seville. Faro is the closest airport and takes approximately one hour. Seville is about the same and Jerez is approximately 2 hours.
Islantilla (La Antilla) is just over the Spanish border.

A deposit of £100 is payable at the time of booking confirmation and the remaining balance should be received no less than 6 weeks before departure. All prices are for 7 days in pound sterling (£), starting on a Saturday or other days by arrangement, additional days are charged pro rata.
Bookings are normally from Saturday to Saturday. However, it may be possible to accommodate bookings over variable dates. Please contact us for further details. In addition we have arrangements with other property owners who own similar types of property so we may be able to arrange dates to suit requirements. |
