Excellent seaside location. Spacious and airy apartment in a modern complex (completed in July 2004) in the prestigious Cabo Roig, 10 KM south of Torrevieja. This air-conditioned apartment is beautifully and comfortably furnished and equipped with all that is necessary for a pleasant stay. With a double bed in the master bedroom, twin beds in the second bedroom and a sofa bed in the lounge it sleeps up to 6 people.
This first floor apartment features a spacious a/c lounge with comfortable settee (sofa bed) where you can relax in front of the television, read a book or just relax. DVDs and some games are provided. The cherry dining table can be expanded to accommodate 6 people and food can be served directly through the hatch to the kitchen. Access to the balcony is from the lounge. Large, sunny balcony with table and chairs, the perfect place to have your meals al fresco. View of the gardens and the sea. The bedrooms are nice and airy and have comfortable beds, ceiling fans to keep you cool and spacious fitted wardrobes. The master bedrooms looks onto the balcony. The bathroom is tiled all in natural marble with bath, shower, WC and bidet. The fully fitted kitchen is well equipped for all your cooking needs - from quick snacks to gourmet meals! Utility balcony with washing machine and laundry facilities. Heaters in all rooms for winter. |

Calas de Campoamor is located in Cabo Roig, 10 KM south of Torrevieja and 50 KM south of Alicante. The historical town of Murcia is less than 30 minutes drive away. Within 10-15 minutes drive of the complex you will find 3 golf courses, a nature reserve, salt lakes, go Kart track, a marina and several beaultiful blue flag beaches offering a range of water sports. Along the coastal road you will find a variaty of shops, restaurants, night clubs, casinos and cinemas Nearby Torrevieja is a lively town with a water park, a fun fair, markets, shops, restaurants, clubs, a port, beautiful beaches, promenade and a variety of activities to suit all. If you wish to venture further afield, the beautiful city of Alicante is only a 40 minute drive away. Even closer is the historic town Murcia. The range of activities available in the area is suitable for both children and adults. It is the perfect place for beach, family, activity or golfing holiday. |
