Luxury Penthouse Accommodates 4. The views from Vista Grande are absolutely out of this world as you look out over the Mediterranean Sea, Mojacar Playa and across the valley to Garrucha and Villaricos.
This new penthouse was completed in September 2001 and is furnished to a very high standard. Vista Grande is within walking distance of many restaurants and shops in the picturesque white village of Mojacar. It is also only 5 minutes away by car from the sandy beaches of Mojacar Playa. The adjacent penthouse is also available to rent and can accommodate an additional 4 persons. Spectacular Views of the Mediterranean Sea and the Mountains Vista Grande benefits from two large terraces which can be accessed from the living room through patio doors.
Excellent Facilities. There is a private shared swimming pool just below the apartment, as well as a sauna, Jacuzzi and a gym for guests to use. Satellite TV, DVD and CD player are provided. The penthouse has both air-conditioning and heating. The patio has sun loungers and a large wooden table and chairs next to a built-in BBQ.
The lounge/dining room is fitted with tasteful decor, two sofas, an armchair, coffee table, dining room table and 6 chairs. The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave, hob and quality kitchen units. There are two double bedrooms with wardrobes and a luxury bathroom. Maid service and catering can be arranged for an additional fee. Unfortunately, Vista Grande is not suitable for young children |

Mojacar is still in a relatively unspoilt part of Spain. It is situated between the mountains of the Sierra Cabrera and the Mediterranean Sea. The setting and the views are breathtaking. Perched high on a hiil, white washed houses, cool courtyards and cobbled streets overlook long sandy beaches and the inviting waters. |

The airport is 60 km away and it takes less than an hour to get to Mojacar. The drive is simple and there is not a lot of traffic. A car is not necessary but it is recommended. Tarleton Travel offer a transfer coach service to Mojacar from the airport. |
