Now a bustling commericial centre with traditional and modern quality shopping together with delightful resturants and bars offering National and International cuisine. Gandia Town is situated next to the Playa which is blessed with fantastic blue flag beaches which stretch for miles with bustling night life. Set amoungst pine clad mountains and Orange Groves with spectacular views yet only a short drive from the Beach or Gandia town. The owners live on the first floor and maintain the pool and garden. However privacy is assured as they have their own entrance but they are available for advice and help is needed. The guest accommodation is completely self contained with seperate entrance.
