This 2 bedroom apartment is on the 2nd floor with a private large 67 metre roof top solarium, fitted out with 4 sun loungers, table and 4 chairs,parasol etc.
Is opposite the beach.
You have views of the sea, salt lakes and mountain from the roof top solarium.
The sun is on the solarium all day.
The front terrace is over looking the swimming pool and you have a sea view. This terrace is fitted with patio furniture for 4 people.
You step out onto the balcony from the master bedroom and there is a small table and 2 chairs.
This is a fully fitted apartment even down to a needle and cotton, hairdryer.
There are English TV channels fitted so you don't have to miss your favourite soaps and sport programs.
Towels and house linen are provided, but must bring own beach towels.
You can have a relaxing holiday reading your favourite book on your private solarium.
Choose from the many restaurants near the apartment or walk into town and take your pick from a variety of restaurants.
The apartment is opposite the beach with a large roof
top solarium with sea views and over looking the swimming pool. The pool (seasonal) is for guests and residents only 10am till midnight. The apartments are across the road from the promenade, sea and sandy blue flag beach. Near to restaurants and supermarket. Torrevieja town centre and harbour is 15 minute walk away where you can visit the craft street markets open 10 am till 10 p.m., there is also a large street market every Friday where you can buy all your fruit and vegetables and those gifts you want to take home. Park of nations and the Aqua park (seasonal). There is a very good local bus service. This is a paradise for golfers, close by are three 18 hole championship courses. One hour away is Benidorm and the theme park Terra Mitica, and Mundomar Marine Park.
Playa Naufragos is just 15 minute walk from the town centre of Torrevieja.
The beach has been awarded the blue flag.
They are spending 26 million on the marina alone making this the best in Spain.
The area is one of the worlds biggest salt produces.
Torrevieja boast so many beaches along the coast.
It has nearly every nationality food restaurants to choose from.
This is an ideal holiday town for all ages and types of people.

The area around the apartment has lots of restaurant's and small corner shops where you can buy your English papers and fresh bead also a chemist, there is a supermarket down the road and round the back of the supermarket is the post office an Indian, Mexican and English restaurant which are all on the beach. There is a small complex to play tennis and crazy golf they do barbecues in the summer weeks with live music.

Alicante main airport, the use of Murcia airport is now beginning to be more popular and is being used by smaller (budget) airlines now. The apartment is between both aiports so have a choice of all budget airlines.
You don't need a car if you wish to have a rest from driving, the local bus service is just on the main road. You can get airport tranfers to the apartment at 80 euros return up to 4 people. Ask for details. |
